1. Introduction

HeyHi Learning Space is a collaboration platform for tuition centers, schools, educational organizations.

2. User roles

There are 4 roles predefined in HeyHi Learning Space.

Owner	No	This is the super admin account of a Learning Space, responsible for all setting, management and billing. There is only one owner in Learning Space.	Everything
Admin	Yes	Admin is the role to co-manage the Learning Space setting with the owner except the Admin role can be invoked by Owner at any time.	Almost everything

3. Features

• User management:
  User Section is where Learning Space’s owner manages all members by inviting users to Learning Space, changing their names, setting their role and status, adding them to groups and walls, or deleting them from the Learning Space. This user management feature is only available to the owner and admin of the Learning Space.
• Group management
  In Group Section, both Learning Space’s owner and admin can create groups for private discussion and information sharing. Besides, the owner and admin are able to invite or delete members from a group, change group member’s role, rename and delete a whole group.
  Meanwhile, users with the role of student or teacher are granted access to only engage with others via chatting and sharing files.
• Community wall
  Community Wall is a place where all Wall’s members can learn from each other by posting and replying to questions of various topics. Each member can ask questions on Community Wall and others can view and answer them.
• Meeting
  HeyHi meeting provides 5 different modes which support up to 50 users into a live whiteboard-video session. Live poll, group chat, video, audio and many other tools are also available in meeting to maximize interaction among users.
• Tutorial
  With HeyHi Tutorial, a teacher can be able to digitize resources and deliver interactive lessons to students in slide format via convenient built-in features such as chatbox, note and poll. Notably, HeyHi Tutorial works well in any kind of devices: PC, laptop, smartphone and tablet to bring seamless experience to users.
